Well, TikTok does allow users to download all public videos. You simply click the share button after opening a video and you’ll immediately see the Save Video option.

So you don’t need any third party tool to download TikTok videos for free.
Just select the videos you want to download and click on the “Share” icon. And there you will find a video saving or downloading option.
The only problem, however, is that there will be a Watermark of TikTok,
So the downloaded videos might not look that much appealing to enjoy offline. And of course, you can not share those downloaded videos with your best buddies.
So if you don’t want to view your favorite video with a bold watermark of TikTok, then I suggest you to use a third party tool.
